Well this is my last blog i will have to do this semester. I think this will be my last blog ever. Today was so beautiful outside it hit 80 degrees. In this weather i decided to wash my car because it was so dirty. It was not that bad i think it took me like an hour. After i came home from history class i started finishing up my argument paper im still working oon it i will make deadline though. I hope everyone has a safe and happy summer and try to relax if you are not taking summer classes. Tommorow i will be going to my sisters basketball game (hope they win). Well thats all i have to say so long vox.

Argument update 4

Now i think i have all the neccesary materials to finish my paper today my group will read it and tell me what they think about it. This assignment is harder than what i expected but it ok it will prepare me for other papers in the future. Tommorow is the due date for this paper when i get home i plan on making the ciorrections from todays discussion. I might change some things up and add more facts on why this bill should go into effect. also i think i might get a little more research done to. But overall i think my paper is almost done.

Argument update 3

Well so far now i think i have about two sources that are good enough to make my point in my argument. I have an article from cnn and one from the girl they named the bill after. I sent my abstract in yesterday and i hope i did a good job cause i can use that in my paper. I learned what a defibrillator was if it was not for this assignment i would not have known about this bill being in process. I have been reading up on why so many americans suffer from cardiac arrest and mostly every time they are in a public place with no external defibrillator in sight and that is why so many do not make it. Next week i plan on starting putting together what i want to say well thats my update.

Over the weekend

Over the weekend I didnt do much I just went skating. It was fun I left the skating ring at 11:30. When i got home i ate took a shower then went to sleep. Saturday I woke up like at 1 30 that was strange cause i never got up that time before i must have really tired myself out skating. Later in the day i went to my graadparents house my grandfather brought two flat screen tv's for no reason the one they had was fine. After i came from my grandparents house i went to get some gas it only cost me 20 dollars to fill the tank up. When i got home i was just relaxing listening to some music and playing around with my laptop. Well that all i have to say i will be back later in the week with my argument update.

Today is friday and i am happy its the weekend. This week was great on monday i got my math test back and got a 92 i was so happy. After we got our test back we went on to the next chapter. Tuesday the only class i had was my cs class my t2k class was cancelled and english was not met in class. Wensday i had algebra we had a pop quiz i got a 4 out of five. Thursday i had no classes both of them were cancelled and that gave me time to work on my history paper. History we had a discussion about slavery. Over the weekend i plan on doing some homework and just relaxing. This semester is almost finished and i can not wait until it is.

Argument Update II

Well i now know what law i am doing for my blog it is called the Janets law requires public schools, recreational fields and youth camps to have automated external defibrillators for youth athletic events, and public schools to include pupil training in use thereof and in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation. I am currently waiting on some questions from classmates for assignment thats do. I am now going to do some of the invention work to help me get started on this paper. thats all for now be back tomorrow.

Argument Piece

I am currently in english 1034 as my final class essay i have to write an argument piece on a bill of my choosing. This blog is about my updates so here it goes currently i am looking for a bill or law to do my paper on. I have not done any real research beside looking for a bill or law well i guess thats a start. For now i think i have the law i will be doing for my paper but i might change it. But after tuesday i will start because the class assignment will be done. actually i am done with that. WELL thats my update next on my list is to start writing the thesis of my argument paper.

Today is thursday and after english class i will probrally go home and eat something then go take a nap but i doubt it cause their are so many distractions in my house. Better yet i should not go to sleep then i will be up all night and i have a 9:00 class tomorrow. At 4:00 my sister has basketball practice so I will take her come back probally do my math homework fall asleep while doing it wake up and keep going. I dont have alegbra until monday but i want to do my math homework while its still fresh in my head. I can not wait untill the semester is over so i can redo my room and get new furniture. I think my parents are planning a trip for the summer but they are not saying anything but i will get it out of them. Well nothing else to write about bye.

Animal Law

Animal law is a combination of statutory and case law in which the nature – legal, social or biological – of nonhuman animals is an important factor. Animal law encompasses companion animals, wildlife, animals used in entertainment and animals raised for food and research. The emerging field of animal law is often analogized to the environmental law movement 30 years ago. The Animal Legal Defense Fund was founded by attorney Joyce Tischler in 1979 as the first organization dedicated to promoting the field of animal law and using the law to protect the lives and defend the interests of animals. it issues encompass a broad spectrum of approaches—from philosophical explorations of the rights of animals to pragmatic discussions about the rights of those who use animals, who has standing to sue when an animal is harmed in a way that violates the law, and what constitutes legal cruelty. [4]Animal law permeates and affects most traditional areas of the law – including tort, contract, criminal and constitutional law.

I think this act is good but people do not take it seriously because animals are hurt everyday and dont get the care and need that they need. Its ashame that people would want to hurt an animal I think that is so wrong because most animals can not defend themselves. People who hurt animals intentionally should go to jail. I think the amount of animal abuse has gone up and is more crucial every time i here a new story i get mad because usually they are puppies or kittens that are getting abused and they cant defend themselves.
